An attempt at redesigning this chart from The Guardian to make the plaintiffs and defendants a bit more clear.
Edit: HTC has agreed to licensing terms on Microsoft’s patents and there is currently no lawsuit.
Another Edit: Updated to show Motorola’s Lawsuit targeting Apple.

NO BLASTERS!: My TSA Encounter -
“You don’t need to see his identification.”
On November 21, 2010, I was allowed to enter the U.S. through an airport security checkpoint without being x-rayed or touched by a TSA officer. This post explains how.
Edit: Minor edits for clarity. I have uploaded the audio and it is available

My dictionary is bigger than your dictionary. This OED 2nd Ed was payment for a pair of chapters written in the Oxford Handbook for Surgical Cross-cover
. Having carried it up four flights of stairs today, at some cost to my back, I’m looking forward to long lazy games of Scrabble, using this behemoth as the house dictionary.
Ninite Blog: How Ninite was named by a computer program -
Naming is easy. I like to pick something that suggests the concept and has a good sound to it. Our product was initially Volery. The internal name for the web code is dancecard. You get the idea.
The problem is the flat .com namespace. Context disappears. In the real world apple can refer to…
